Job Description
The Customer Experience Coordinator provides direct customer service to all visitors by proactively engaging customers and patients, and represents the hospital appropriately to all "audiences" in a way that reflects well on the hospital's reputation and image.

Requirements

  • Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering Andrews Institute
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of all services and activities that would impact a customer’s experience.
  • Provides “Hospitality” to all patients/visitors.
  • Functions as an informational resource person.
  • Conducts periodic daily rounds to check on people in the waiting areas and lobbies, sets-up and secures equipment as needed.
  • Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, and specific job related hazards.
  • Follows the hospital exposure control plans/bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
  • Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter- and interdepartmentally to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
