Role Overview

The Customer Experience Officer supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by coordinating the customer closing experience. This role will interact directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. As a Customer Experience Officer, your impact is immediate, and you will drive a seamless, positive closing process from the moment our clients walk through the door.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include championing our culture, supporting our customers, managing the closing experience, initiating new orders, maintaining customer data, driving reporting & compliance, providing administrative excellence, and representing Land Title.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in clear, professional communication and writing skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills
  • Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
