Role Overview

The Customer Experience Officer supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by coordinating the customer closing experience. This role interacts directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The Customer Experience Officer will actively coordinate daily closing activities, process incoming customer orders, and compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers in our customer management software.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Experience Officer include championing the company culture, supporting customers, managing the closing experience, initiating new orders, maintaining customer data, driving reporting and compliance, providing administrative excellence, and representing the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
