What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Experience Provider include handling incoming customer communications, resolving inquiries related to accounts, appointments, cancellations, and general service questions, and educating customers on the Advantage membership program. The role also involves collaborating with the HUB team, providing support to other teams, and participating in training to develop skills relevant to the CEP role.
