Homecare Homebase is searching for a Customer Experience Specialist to troubleshoot software issues for our clients and ensure the best possible experience with Homecare Homebase. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat, and assisting customers with questions, software navigation, and issue resolution.
