Job Description
Customer Fulfillment Representative will serve as the interface between the company and customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory fulfillment of customers' orders. This position will cross between customer service, warehouse operations, and sales support.

Requirements

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with a wide variety of clients
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, instant message, and web-based solutions
  • Translate the voice of the customer to assist in continually improving customer service levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including delivery, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, VMI, and special customer requirements
  • Assist in managing an accurate, revolving inventory of fastener parts and investigate any inventory discrepancies
  • Proactively manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, VMI, and special customer requirements
  • Assist in the shipping, receiving, picking, and putting away of parts and customers order
