Customer Fulfilment Executive

As US Customer Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales order fulfilment cycle, promoting the successful delivery of monthly sales targets with on time and in full deliveries (OTIF) to the Tangle Teezer North America customer base.

What You Will Do

Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and US 3PL teams to provide updates on live orders and distribute the Live List to relevant teams, release of sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch, and provide general administrative support as and when required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a professional office or corporate environment, specially within any of the following areas: Operations, Transport, Supply Chain, Inventory
• Intermediate-level knowledge of MS software in particular MS Excel
• An analytical mindset, supported by intermediate excel skills, using previous experience, to solve live issues and support projects in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to review current process, suggest improvements, implement and support with process documentation
• Must be accountable, work well under pressure and have strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Must be willing to travel to the 3PL location at least once per quarter, including attending the year end stock count, plus occasional domestic and international travel in line with business requirements.
