Job Description
LangChain is hiring a Customer Growth Manager to own and accelerate the adoption, retention and growth of customers. The role will involve managing the entire customer lifecycle post signature, developing a rolling forecast, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual renewal and net retention targets.

Requirements

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle post signature for a portfolio of commercial customers
  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast of your portfolio and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal and net retention targets
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk
  • Uncover and execute on expansion opportunities
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer and inform the product roadmap
  • Partner closely with Sales, GTM Engineering, and RevOps teams
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure renewal contracts
  • Manage quoting and procurement processes
