Role OverviewThe Customer Growth Manager will join the Raspberry Pi Foundation's US team to increase the reach and impact of educational products and programs across the US. The role involves building relationships with education leaders, turning interest into meaningful partnerships, and helping school districts achieve their goals. The Customer Growth Manager will work closely with colleagues across Customer Success, Marketing, Learning, Product, and Operations to shape how the Foundation identifies and engages new school district partners and moves them from initial interest to onboarding.
What You Will Do
The Customer Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging school districts, building relationships with district leaders, guiding them from initial interest to commitment, and developing a smooth customer journey from lead generation through to onboarding. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce, using data to track progress and work towards agreed acquisition and growth goals, and representing the Foundation at conferences, district meetings, and other external events.

Requirements
- Experience in customer growth, partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within K–12 education or edtech
- A good understanding of US school systems and how districts make decisions about new programs, products, or resources
- A track record of working toward measurable growth, acquisition, partnership, or customer success goals
- Highly organized and proactive, with experience managing multiple customers and workstreams at different stages
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with educators, school leaders, and district decision-makers
- Skilled in using data and feedback to understand customer needs and improve conversion
- Experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track relationships, activity, and progress
- A strong alignment with the Foundation's mission and values, particularly around educational equity and access
