The City and State Disability Parking Permit Department is seeking Customer Information Representatives to manage approximately 500-600 calls daily. The role involves serving applicants with permit information, processing applications, and addressing inquiries. Candidates must be reachable for Exam # 1157 / #3043 or eligible under the 55a program. The position may involve working in a fast-paced call center environment and may be eligible for remote work.
Requirements
Serving permanently in Customer Information Representative role or being reachable for Exam # 1157 / #3043.
Eligible under the 55a program.
Able to access computer databases, manuals, and records.
