Role OverviewThe Customer Intelligence Manager transforms customer, market, and performance data into actionable insights to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making. This role develops analytics, reporting, customer segmentation, and lead generation capabilities for business leaders, sales teams, and marketing partners. The position manages customer intelligence processes and enterprise analytics initiatives but does not have direct people management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain enterprise customer intelligence reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks. Analyze customer, product, channel, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights. Design and execute customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies to support growth, retention, and relationship expansion. Partner with business leaders, sales teams, marketing teams, and product owners to define analytical requirements and solve complex business problems.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
- Ability to write routine reports, simple-to-business correspondence, and procedures
- Ability to effectively speak, respond to questions, and present information to the following: one-on-one /small groups, customers, employees, clients, managers, top management, board of directors, and the general public
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, customer analytics, customer intelligence, data analytics, or related fields
- MS Office programs
- SQL, Python, or data visualization training
- Expertise in reporting, dashboard development, and performance measurement
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong business storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and lead generation methodologies
- Strong proficiency with business intelligence and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
