Job Description
Customer Marketing Manager role at LangChain, where the goal is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous, responsible for owning customer storytelling motion end-to-end, sourcing customers, running interviews, producing case studies, videos, and talks, and turning stories into assets that move pipeline, close deals, and shape the narrative around agent engineering.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer-led content marketing with a track record of owning the customer story motion end-to-end
  • Built reference, advocacy, or customer-champion programs from scratch or rebuilt one that wasn't working
  • Strong writer able to take a one-hour interview with a senior engineer and turn it into a story that a technical buyer wants to read and an executive wants to forward
  • Comfortable with technical customers and able to follow conversations about agent architectures, evals, or deployment patterns and translate what is heard for both technical and executive audiences
  • Ships results, has a bias toward volume and momentum without losing the bar on quality, and is a good partner across functions
  • Has a genuine curiosity about what customers are building with agents and uses AI tools in their own workflow and is always looking for new ways to increase effectiveness
