Job Description
The Customer Operations Manager will oversee the execution of business for dedicated customers, manage a team, and drive service standards to meet revenue and profitability targets. The role involves process improvements, cross-functional relationships, and customer interactions to ensure client expectations are met and opportunities are identified to grow with the customer.

Requirements

  • Previous 3PL/freight brokerage experience
  • Previous employee management experience (preferred)
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
