Customer Operations Representative

As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while overseeing daily operational functions. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing operational workflow for designated accounts, identifying and resolving customer problems, and communicating updates to customers and internal teams.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include correcting customer problems, data entry, load building, scheduling appointments, and providing freight status updates. You will also verify freight charges, resolve accounting discrepancies, and generate and process paperwork for orders.
