Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Service Representative provides support for luxury customers by creating relationships based on understanding customer needs, concerns, lifestyles, and preferences. Team members are empowered to make decisions and think creatively to drive customer loyalty.

What You Will Do

Own the customer experience, process and answer customer inquiries, provide recommendations to leadership, and maintain exceptional product knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service; previous experience supporting customers through phone interaction preferred.
