Job Description
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative performs customer service duties to answer and resolve water utility customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. The role involves direct and indirect communication with external and internal customers, processing orders, handling payments, and completing reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of utility billing systems and related software applications
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Texas driver's license or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • One to two years of customer service or clerical experience
