Role OverviewWe are hiring a full-time customer service representative to work on site in Chula Vista, CA. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor, we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team.
What You Will Do
You will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships. This includes customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns, sourcing parts, and assisting in generating sales.

Requirements
- 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer knowledge including Excel
- SAP/ERP experience a plus
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
