Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and managing storage units. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, making suggestions, and ensuring that spaces are ready to rent. You will also perform daily business tasks, such as auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting daily storage unit inspections, confirming inventory and availability, and helping customers with payments and reminders. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds.
