Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and managing daily business tasks. You will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and ensuring spaces are ready to rent. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working independently at multiple locations, selling packing and moving supplies, and helping customers with payments and collections. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds.

Requirements
