Role Overview

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, managing storage units, and performing daily business tasks. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, helping customers with payments, and making reminder and collection calls. You will also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds.

You should be able to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds, walk in/around facilities, and climb stairs.
