Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and managing daily business tasks. You will have the opportunity to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and perform daily storage unit inspections.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selling packing and moving supplies, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and reminders. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks.
