Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and managing storage facilities. You will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include helping customers with payments, making reminder and collection calls, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for transporting items, walking in/around facilities, and climbing stairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for candidates with customer service experience in sales environments, including retail, restaurant, or fast food. You should be able to work independently, have a valid driver's license, and utilize your own vehicle to travel between work locations.
