Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, and help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include transporting and lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds, performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, and utilizing your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and completing lease agreements, accessing customer accounts, and accurately documenting all customer payments.
