Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. You will help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include transporting items weighing up to 35 pounds, performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris. You will also be required to have a valid driver’s license and utilize your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business.

Requirements
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
