Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple self-storage locations, interacting with customers, and performing daily business tasks. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. You will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and performing daily storage unit inspections.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include interacting with customers, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and reminders. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
