Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Additionally, you will help customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls, and perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, and interacting with customers to resolve issues and complete lease agreements. You will also be responsible for company assets/property, accessing customer accounts, and performing tasks such as mileage reimbursement and mileage tracking.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with a customer service background, preferably in retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. You should be able to work independently, have strong communication skills, and be able to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Additionally, you should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
