Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, and help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include working flexible and full-time schedules, interacting with customers, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and collections.
