Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Additionally, you will help customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
