Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Additionally, you will help keep customers current with payments, make reminder and collection calls when required, and perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, and interacting with customers to resolve issues and complete lease agreements. You will also be responsible for opening and closing facilities, performing bank cash deposits, and accessing customer accounts.

You should be able to work independently, have strong communication skills, and be able to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
