Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. You will also help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
What You Will Do
Your daily responsibilities will include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks. You will also spend time both inside and outside the facilities, interacting with customers and performing various tasks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for candidates with customer service experience in sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. You should be able to work independently at multiple locations and have a valid driver's license to travel between different work locations.
Requirements
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
