Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and performing daily storage unit inspections. You will also be responsible for auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and reminders. You will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making suggestions to customers, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and reminders. You will also be responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.

You should be able to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments.
