Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work independently at multiple locations, interacting with customers to assess their storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also be responsible for daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and collections.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include transporting and lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds, performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, and utilizing your own vehicle to travel between work locations.
