Role OverviewAs a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple storage facilities, interacting with customers, and performing various tasks such as cash handling, property maintenance, and customer service.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and reminders.
