Role OverviewCustomer Service - Self Storage Manager will assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and perform daily business tasks. They will also be responsible for keeping customers current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required.
What You Will Do
Daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
