Job Description
Partners with outside Account Manager to facilitate the sale of packaging products, coordinates customer orders and inquiries, and ensures quality products are received by the customer.
Requirements
Coordinates with Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities
Processes inquiries regarding orders, price requests, and basic product information
Reviews orders for accuracy and verifies product pricing
Processes price quoting and expedites product orders
Resolves customer complaints and processes credits
Processes artwork/design and obtains approval for print requests
Contacts customers who are past due on invoices
Coordinates with other Account Coordinators and Account Managers on cross territory sales
Connects, assists, and redirects phone calls and emails
