Job Description
Partners with outside Account Manager to facilitate the sale of packaging products, coordinates customer orders and inquiries, and ensures quality products are received by the customer.

Requirements

  • Coordinates with Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities
  • Processes inquiries regarding orders, price requests, and basic product information
  • Reviews orders for accuracy and verifies product pricing
  • Processes price quoting and expedites product orders
  • Resolves customer complaints and processes credits
  • Processes artwork/design and obtains approval for print requests
  • Contacts customers who are past due on invoices
  • Coordinates with other Account Coordinators and Account Managers on cross territory sales
  • Connects, assists, and redirects phone calls and emails
