Job Description
The Customer Service Administrator communicates directly with customers to ensure satisfaction, prepares reports, and performs various administrative tasks.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Six (6) months to one (1) year of general office experience
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
Previous Customer Service experience a plus
