Role OverviewThe Customer Service and Collections Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Director of Revenue Cycle to review and update patient accounts, and speak directly with patients. Their primary responsibility is to work with patients to resolve balances and coordinate payment options.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong Data Entry/keyboarding skills
- MSWord and Excel work experience
- Strong customer service experience
