Requirements

• Provides information and/or processes transactions that do not require in-depth knowledge of applicable federal and/or state laws, rules, policies, procedures and/or legal interpretations to respond to inquiries, requests and/or complaints from internal and/or external customers received by incoming phone calls and other means of communication.
• Reviews and verifies legal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Indexes and cross references legal paperwork to original birth and death records using manual and electronic methods
• Proofs and types documents and makes corrections
