Job Description
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a customer service professional to be part of our Provider Enrollment unit. The Provider Enrollment unit provides support, technical guidance, and complaint resolution to Ohio Medicaid providers. As a Customer Service Assistant 1, your responsibilities will include providing assistance and education on the provider enrollment process, following up with providers to resolve problems, and updating provider records.
Requirements
3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures
1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service
1 course or 3 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing
1 course or 3 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer
