Job Description
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking multiple experienced customer service professionals to work as Customer Service Assistants 2. Responsibilities include answering questions from Ohio Medicaid applicants, screening applications, and providing customer service resolving issues for applicants, credentialists, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 9 months of training or experience in office practices and procedures
  • 9 months of training or experience in public relations or customer service, including techniques for handling difficult people
  • 9 months of training or experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing
  • 9 months of training or experience in operating a personal computer
