Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant 2 provides excellent customer service to all customers received by the office, greets visitors, logs receipt of documents, and directs customers to applicable resources. They also communicate receipt of legislative bills and executive orders, and conduct detailed searches to assist customers with filing and document acceptance procedures.

Requirements

  • 9 months training or experience in office practices and procedures
  • 9 months training or experience in public relations or customer service
  • 9 months training or experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing
  • 9 months training or experience in operation of personal computer
