Role Overview

The Customer Service Assistant 2 will respond to inquiries, requests for information, and complaints, providing in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures. The role involves greeting and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, listening to customers' questions and concerns, and following up to ensure all questions and concerns are thoroughly answered. The position is currently remote but can be subject to change to regular, in-office work.

Requirements

  • 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures;
  • 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people;
  • 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing;
  • 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer;
