Role Overview

The State Library of Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Assistant 3 to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, serve as lead or co-lead for assigned areas, and process interlibrary loan requests.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will spend their time providing customer service, leading or co-leading assigned areas, processing interlibrary loan requests, and performing system configuration and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 12 months of experience in office practices and procedures

  • 9 months of experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing
  • 9 months of experience in operation of personal computer
