Job Description
Takes incoming phone calls, handles walk-in customers, collects payments, and assists with claims paperwork. Assists with providing proof of insurance documents and performs other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Property & Casualty insurance license
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Strong communication skills
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
