Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
