Job Description
Responsibilities include taking incoming phone calls, handling walk-in customers, collecting payments, making policy changes, and providing proof of insurance documents. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Strong communication skills
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
