Job Description
The Cart Attendant + Cashier is responsible for ensuring the parking lot is presentable, retrieving carts, checking customers out, and performing various tasks to support customers.

Requirements

  • Retrieve used carts and keep carts available
  • Check customers out at registers
  • Pick up litter in lot, landscaping, and sidewalk
  • Identify and report light bulb burn-outs
  • Empty exterior trash cans when full
  • Assist disabled or overburdened customers
  • Put on rain gear and escort customers to cars when raining
  • Operation of the cash recycler
  • Following the Cash Handling, Uniform, and other relevant policies
  • Proper bagging of groceries
