Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.
What You Will Do
Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service. Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, down stock merchandise, process orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-functionally train in other areas of the store.

Requirements
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
