Role OverviewWe are seeking energetic, outgoing team members who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role combines customer engagement at the paystation with operational and maintenance tasks throughout the site.
What You Will Do
Greet customers, engage customers at the paystation, recommend wash packages or memberships, maintain site cleanliness, perform routine site tasks, assist with light maintenance, and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided)
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions
- Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets
