Customer Service Associate Trainee

As a Customer Service Associate Trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store. You will receive cross-training as a Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder to promote individual employee growth and maintain company productivity. You will also be responsible for stocking and maintaining sales floor with newly processed merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and establishing or identifying prices of goods.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting every customer, focusing on your customer, maintaining a clean and neat store, and thanking your customer for supporting our free job training and education initiatives. You will also be responsible for engaging customers at the register, effectively managing your register line, and using good phone etiquette.
