Role OverviewHealthy Kids Programs is seeking Part-Time Customer Service & Automation Specialists to support family enrollment while helping improve and streamline internal registration processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families during the enrollment journey while also identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve communications, and increase operational efficiency across registration and customer support functions.
What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled families via phone and email, guide families through registration, enrollment, and subsidy support, and process registrations accurately. Develop expertise in childcare subsidy and tuition assistance programs, educate and guide families through subsidy eligibility and application, and track subsidy-related registration progress.

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, registration, enrollment, or client-facing operations
